Argentina: Consumer sentiment reaches highest level in 20 months

In October, the Universidad Torcuato di Tella (UTDT) consumer confidence index rose 6.6% over the previous month to 51.9 points. The outcome represents the highest reading in 20 months. Consumer sentiment now sits above the 50-point threshold that separates optimism from pessimism.
